Product: HP Laptop 15-fd0777nc

Hello, I recently bought HP Laptop 15-fd0777nc. I'm using it for work, but they told me that I need a notebook with an 8gb ram. 

Can I switch the 4gb ram for and 8gb ram and if so is HP 8 GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM the correct ram? Thank you.

Hi:

 

Yes, that is correct. 

 

Your notebook has one memory slot so you would have to replace the 4 GB memory chip with an 8 GB DDR4-3200 CL22 memory chip.
