Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have Hp victus 15 fb 1013ax. 8 gb ddr5 ram. Whenever i power on my laptop, and i open my task manager it shows 80-87% ram is already consumed. I already disabled start-up apps. But nothing goes perfectly. If i have to do something that needs sufficient ram then i have to go to omen system optimizer and then optimize it and it frees up to 2-3 gb. I don't know how it happens. Which apps and services stopped after optimization. I need proper solution. It's a matter of sorrow that i have 8 gb ram and i get 7.2 gb available and 80% of ram is already consumed before i run a application. Need solution badly.
