Here is the Manual:
This is for the prior, 8th gen version of this model but the configuration and procedures are the same. As with other HP laptops it says RAM is not customer accessible and upgradeable but this is not exactly true. There are two memory slots and the laptop can accept up to 2 x 16 = 32 gigs of DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM memory modules. You are allowed to do this upgrade post-purchase and it will not void the warranty as long as no damage is done.
