Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 15-bs134wm notebook book. Online it says 2 slots. The notebook says I am using one of 2. When I open it there is only 1 slot. Am I mlm issing a hidden slot somewhere?

Hi:

 

The service manual indicates that models with the Pentium and Celeron processors only have one memory slot.

The manual also states the max is 1 x 4 GB.  I find that hard to believe.

 

Intel states the processor your notebook has can support up to 32 GB of memory.

 

I assume that is with two memory slots.

Unless someone has your model and upgraded the memory, it's anyone's guess as to how much you can install.

 

I think you'd be ok with 1 x 16 GB but I can't gamble with your money.
