I was planning to upgrade my Laptop RAM slot, so I purchased a Identical RAM from Amazon. I installed the 8GB of ram in my laptop 2nd slot from the last 1 week it works fine, Yesterday Im editing a video on AfterEffects it is taking lots of time for rendering, I thoght that graphic drivers are not updated so Im checking the graphic drivers, But the surprise is my another RAM is not working at all. When both RAMs are connected, laptop booted straight up, entirely disregarding another RAM as no extra RAM was reported. When I plugged the RAM in suspected slot, and powered on the laptop, the laptop power key lights up, but it doesn't boots at all. I tested with both RAM and laptop wasn't able to detect the RAM in 2nd slot. Please help
