Product: HP Pavilion laptop 15 ec0073AX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This laptop has dual channel RAM of 8gb but the usable memory is shown 5.9gb and also hardware reserved is 2.1 gb but in my another laptop of lenovo in same window 10 and 8 gb ram   showing 7.9gb ram usable and hardware reserved is only 96.5 MB.

Kindly resolve my problem.

Hi:

 

Your notebook is designed that way on purpose.  There is no fix.

 

HP released this document a while back, which explains the memory shortage...

This seems to only apply to models with AMD Ryzen processors and chipsets.
