I think my ram slot 2 is broken. I had an Adata 8GB 2400 MHz and the original one in both slots at one time. Now, my original ram is an 8GB 2666 MHz. Not sure what happened but it was fine until I opened 16 tabs of web browser. The laptop crashed and beep 3 long 2 short.
I tried taking the Adata ram out, the original ram in slot one, the laptop runs normally. Bought an Adata 8GB 2666 MHz, plugged into slot 2, beep code 3.2 again. Switch the Adata to slot 1, left slot 2 empty, the laptop runs normally as well.
Is there a solution to this? I would really appreciate every help.
