Hello
I'd bought this device and decided to upgrade the RAM. So I'd bought two 16-GB DDR5 5600 RAMs. but after upgrading, Ram speed dropped to 5200. What's wrong?
- Is there any solution to the problem?
- How can I enable the "Advanced" option in BIOS to enable the overclocking feature? Is that recommended?
- How can I have 32GB RAM with 5600 speed? Is it possible?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @m_spd,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are looking for BIOS advance settings for your Laptop.
Kindly refer to the below steps and let me know if that resolves the issue.
- Boot up your computer and then quickly keep tapping the F10 key to get in to BIOS.
- If you find the Advanced settings tab missing in the BIOS, that is because your manufacturer has locked the settings on your computer as the improper use of the Advanced settings in BIOS could damage your computer, and there is no way to unlock it.
Refer to the steps on this link to access the BIOS available options.
