Sir ,I have talked an agent it will work at 2133 speed 

• If the ram module is inserted is 2133 I want add 2400 it will automatically convert it 2133 speed.

DDR4-2400 MHz memory will work just fine in your notebook as long as it is CL17.

The DDR4-2400 memory will automatically bridge to 2133 MHz because that is as fast as your notebook's processor can run the memory at.
