Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have 1x 4GB SODIMM DDR4 2666 installed.
Can I upgrade my laptop HP 250 G6 4LT68ES Celeron n4000 adding on more 4GB SODIMM DDR4?
Laptop has two memory sockets.
Which brand of sodimm ddr4 should i choose?
Is TEAM Group TED48G2666C19-S01 ELITE 8GB SO-DIMM DDR4 2666MHZ compatible with my laptop?

Have you actually seen 2 memory slots? Specs say the Celeron versions of that model have one and the max memory would be a single 8 gb DDR3L-1600 so we have a disconnect somewhere:
Also says processor is Celeron N3xxx so I think you may have a G7 model
