Ram upgrade HP Stream 14

Can I upgrade RAM in fq0023na ? Not much of information found on the internet about that. On some websites says up to 16gb, in laptop manual doesn't says ,, on board " where found info about ram.. but I think they are soldered

It has  4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) now. It has 2 slots of RAM and supports 2x8GB max. You can upgrade to

• 8GB: add same existing RAM to slot 2 or use the following compatible RAM  https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k4g4sfs824a/ct20537778  (you can buy 1 piece).
• 16GB (2x8GB) you can use compatible RAM such as https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k8g4sfs824a/ct20537806

i just had upgraded RAM in this pc and I'm pretty impressed.. Build looking better than in older versions, they even installed proper cooling with fan. It has only ONE slot for Ram, but .. The Ram what I just got removed has 3200mhz, not 2400mhz !!! and been working fine ! Got 8gb, 2400mhz now but probably gonna buy 3200mhz as They working .. Not sure If PC is limiting speed of Ram down from 3200 to 2400 or they running in higher speed.
