Product: HP notebook 14-af115l P0E02LA#AKH
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I know the pc has one 4gb ddr3 ram stick, I need to know how many ram slots does this model have AND IF the ram stick that is in the device is soldered or not,  this is not my pc so i´ll do my best to answer details about the laptop ASAP

bear in mind I may have missheard some of the specifications of the device so be open to question them

Below is the link to the Crucial memory/SSD report for your notebook.

You can install a maximum of 2 x 8 GB of memory in your model.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.  Chapter 6 has the memory removal and replacement procedure.
