Ram upgrade HP pavilion 15 n028ss

Hello everyone.
I have an HP Pavilion 15 n028ss with 8 GB of RAM and I need to know what the maximum RAM capacity that the computer supports is and which ones would be compatible. I have seen forums where they say that the maximum RAM is 12 GB and others where they indicate 16 GB.
On the other hand, the equipment updater on the Cruzial website indicates that there is no RAM available for this computer.
I would appreciate any help in this regard.

Hi:

Your notebook can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.

The 12 GB maximum listed in the service manual is not correct.

This is the Crucial part number for the compatible 8 GB memory chip:
