Hi:

Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook.

HP ENVY Notebook - 13-d000ne (ENERGY STAR) Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

According to the specs it comes with 8 GB DDR3L SDRAM (onboard) memory.

'Onboard' means the memory is an integral part of the motherboard (soldered to it), and cannot be removed or upgraded.

Below is the link to the service manual.

HP ENVY Notebook PC (model numbers 13-d000 through 13-d099 and 13-d100 through 13-d199) Maintenance ...

If you look in chapter 5 of the manual, you will find no procedure to remove or replace the memory.
