Product: HP Pavilion Plus 14 inch Laptop PC 14-ew0000 (7X844AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hey,
I was hoping to upgrade my laptops ram from 16gb to 32gb to free up some space for the integrated graphics processor, but looking around it looks as though the ram is soldered onto the motherboard with this model. I was wondering if this is true and if so if there are any other options regarding upgrading the memory.
Cheers

Hi:
You are correct.
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates the notebook comes with 16 GB of integrated memory, which cannot be upgraded.
The motherboards offered in the model series all came with 16 GB of memory (see chapter 3).
