I have an hp laptop. It's got an i5-8265U, 8gb rams. I was wondering if it's possible to upgrade to 16gb.

Here is the Maintenance & Service guide, which I will use for reference material.

You can upgrade to a maximum of 32 GB with two guaranteed compatible  16 GB modules.

Replace the existing memory module with two guaranteed compatible 8 GB modules for an upgrade to 16 GB.
