Manual: see page 2 , 41
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05705784
Specs: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05590931
Your laptop comes with 7th Gen Intel core processor.
There are 2 slots for RAM. One is already housing 4gb stick.
You can upgrade max to 16gb (two 8gb sticks of exact same configuration, voltage, speed as given in manual and each other)
I would also try upgrade HDD to 2.5 inch SATA SSD as it would give before performance boost including boot time.

The biggest issue is with the agency.
They told me that i have to pu only HP ram on it or else my warranty will be void.
They don't have it and i check with many IT shop. They have kingston or crucial.
They told me also that if i put other brand. It can damage my motherboard. Because the laptop is too powerful.

You'll not void warranty if you are going to upgrade RAM or SSD and you can do it with any good brands with the configuration given in manual.
But if you break something during the upgrade, it'll void the warranty.
