Product: ProBook 440 G9
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I have bought this laptop: https://www.tecnomas.cl/producto/notebook-hp-probook-440-g9-i5-1235u-ram-8gb-ssd-512gb-14-w11p

And I want to upgrade to 16GB RAM, do I have to buy another one of 8 GB or get one of 16GB? which RAM should I look for?

Page 2 of the manual says it supports 32GB (2x16GB) you can add 16GB to slot 2 to have 24GB total but to get full benefit of dual channels architecture you can use

 or even 64GB such as

                   https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k32g4sfd832a/ct21577332
