Hi, recently my pc started to have a little problem of slowness. I have 16 gb of ram ddr3 and I wondered if it is possible to upgrade to ddr4 ram. Thanks

Hi,

No, it is not possible as the slots will only accept DDDR3 RAM (size) and the system will only accept DDR3 RAM

The only real upgrade would be to replace the Hard Drive with a 2.5" SATA3 SSD if you have not already done so.
