Hi there,
I wanted to confirm that I could upgrade my RAM (even though its a little bit fiddly to access the compartment) up to 32GB (2 x 16 GB).

Here is the Service Manual:
See pp. 1 and 28-32. Intel Core models will support up to 2 x 16 gb DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM. Pentium and Celeron models will not. The Manual says 16 gb is the max but this is known to be untrue for the Intel Core (i3 and higher) models.
