I just wanted to know which type of ram will be compatible with my laptop and from where I can buy a genuine one for the upgrade. plz, help!!

It supports up to 16GB of DDR3L 1600Mhz RAM (2x8GB)

You can purchase from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...

On page 38 of service manual you can see the steps to upgrade RAM
