Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop specs are as follow

product id V8B54AV

17t-w000 CTO

512 SSD + 1 TB HDD

16 GB RAM

4 GB 960 M

6700HQ

 

I want to know is it possible to upgrade ram upto 32 GB?

I want to know is it possible i upgrade it with 2400 Mhz?

I want to know is it worth the upgrade or not? will my processor, graphic support 32 GB ram?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have MemoryTwo SODIMM slots, not customer accessible or upgradable and it supports up to 16 GB max system.

But i checked the CPU it states that it can support up to 64GB RAM

The information what you're seeing from the above website is not the correct one for this model and also it refers to the Intel® Core™ i7-6700HQ Processor.
