Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Can i upgrade ram upto 16gb for this laptop? I've seen in Some Tech information website's it's showing expandable 8GBRam.. which I already had... but in crucial website it's showing upto 16GB...if it is can you suggest me a Good Product for this... Thanks in advance

The crucial memory report is correct.
You can definitely run 2 x 8 GB of memory in your model, since it has an Intel core processor.
Below is the link to the service manual. The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.
