I have hp notebook 2gb ram serial no([Personal Information Removed]) and i want to upgrade ram to 8gb.  Which ram should i choose

Your machine probably too old, I can't find its specs. Please use information on page 3 of the  Maintenance and Service Guide on the following links

 

         https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-g6-1100-notebook-pc-series/5082224/model/5119559/ma...

 

You can use lower voltage RAM  (DDR3L) because very hard to find DDR3 RAM now.
