can i remove my ram and update them by Crucial 16GB DDR4 3200 MT/s (PC4-25600) SODIMM 260-Pin Memory - CT16G4SFRA32A  or not

Yes but will still run at 2666 speed. HP provides the fastest memory the motherboard can utilize. 

 

HP library is down right now but here is the Service Manual from a 3rd party source:

Customer accessible 2 memory slots; max is 32 gigs (2 x 16). Post back if you need any more help and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.
