Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.
With a 32-bit operating system, your notebook supports 4 GB of memory (1 x 4 GB or 2 x 2 GB).
With a 64-bit operating system, your notebook supports 2 x 4 GB of memory.
If you had previously upgraded to W10, you can reinstall W10 for free at any time.
The easiest way is to click on the blue Update Now button at the link below and do an in-place upgrade from W7 to W10.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
The other way is to do a clean install of W10.
Make the installation media with the media creation tool at the link above.
If you plan on installing more than 4 GB of memory, make the 64-bit installation media, but you will need a PC running a 64-bit operating system to do that.
Boot from the installation media and when you get past the Install Now screen, you will be asked to select what version of W10 you want to install (you select the version you had upgraded to from W7).
Then you will be asked to enter a product key.
Select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and automatically activate after you are connected to the internet.
There is one word of caution regarding upgrading the memory.
It has to be DDR3-1333 or 1066. It has to be 1.5V and there has to be 8 little black memory chips on each side of the circuit board, not 4.
Something like this...this is a 4 GB chip.

Good morning:
You're very welcome.
In order to upgrade to W11, you would have to use one of the several W11 hardware check bypass methods to upgrade to W11.
I found this method to be the easiest way to do that...
Windows 11 Upgrade Hack on Any Hardware | Dong Knows Tech
Before you try upgrading to W11, I recommend that you make a system image of your current W10 installation prior to updating to W11, so you can easily reinstall W10 in the future. I used the free Macrium Reflect software to do that, under the Backup at Home section.
Along with the system image, make sure you create the bootable DVD or USB rescue drive you boot from to access the system image stored on your portable hard drive.

Hi:
The only way you can upgrade to W11 on that model is to use the procedure I posted in my last reply.
Your notebook does not meet any of the new W11 hardware requirements.
It does not have a UEFI BIOS
It does not support secure boot
It does not have a TPM security device of any version/
The processor does not meet the Microsoft processor W11 hardware requirements.
