(Hp 15-ay031nt)The laptop has two ram slots, and I don't know how much ram I can fit into these slots maximum. Can you help me?

Your notebook can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4 memory.

 

You can use DDR4-2400 CL17, DDR4-2666 CL19 or DDR4-3200 CL22 memory, but it will all run at 2133 MHz because that is as fast as your notebook's processor can run the memory at.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.  Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade information.
