Hi, I noticed a drop in performance and a lack of RAM. I would like to upgrade, exactly to 32 GB, and if supported, even more. Can you tell me what frequencies, amount and manufacturer I should buy? I'll be grateful.

Hi:
Your notebook's processor can run the memory at a maximum speed of 2933 MHz.
I'd go with the Crucial DDR4-3200 CL22 memory chip that they indicate is compatible with your notebook:
Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT16G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com
The memory will automatically bridge to 2933 MHz.
