Hi:
You can't upgrade DDR3L-1600 memory to DDR4-3200 memory because the DDR4 memory runs at a lower voltage than DDR3L memory, has a different number of contact pins and the slot in the memory is cut in a different place making it impossible to fit in a DDR3 memory slot.
Chapter 1 of the service manual for your notebook indicates that it has one memory slot, and the slot can support an 8 GB memory chip, so you should be able to upgrade the memory by removing the 4 GB memory chip and installing an 8 GB DDR3L-1600 memory chip.

You may also want to consider replacing the slow 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a much faster performing 2.5" SATA solid state drive (SSD).
