When a laptop is sold by hp and it says 32GB ram is part of that ram on an m.2 ssd?

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

 

An HP laptop sold with 32GB RAM means that it is fitted with 32GB RAM, likely with 2 x 16GB RAM sticks.

 

The laptop should have in addition to the 32GB RAM, one or two drives (M.2 NVMe SSD/SATA SSD) installed.
