Product: HP ENVY Notebook - 17t-s000 CTO (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I run the HP hardware diagnostic tests on my Envy laptop and get failure messages on the Wireless IRQ Test and the ROM test.  Is this a hardware or firmware issue?hp system test screenshot.JPG

Correction:

Wireless IRQ Test <Passed>

 

Technical:

IRQ Test <Failed>

 

Technical / Firmware combination:

ROM Test <Failed>

 

Repeat test ...
