Pavilion X360 15M-BA013DX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ran PC DIAGs at boot - get error msg - charge state:  blown fuse (42) failure id: 6AKV7R-BLA9SF-GXGG

All we are looking for is technical info on WHAT these codes mean. You'd think HP might have that info SOMEWHERE...

"blown fuse (42) failure id: 6AKV7R-BLA9SF-GXGG"

Battery is at about 60-74% peak.

Charger Diags test says it is - 'OK' Passed

We understand we probably need to replace the battery, but why can't a customer find an answer to this SIMPLE error code? With all of the computers, all of the documentation, all of the error code creations - WHY does this not come up immediately with 'Virtual Assistant'? Is HP's system THAT ignorant that it can't give the customer an answer to their (HPs) OWN error codes?
