I filed a warranty dispute already, no reply whatsoever.

I do not understand the question regarding dropping something on the laptop.

Hi @Qxx,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for the update. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received any response regarding your warranty dispute yet. I understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you're waiting for an update.

To help us better understand your situation, could you please let us know:

  • Did you receive a case number, service request number, or warranty dispute reference number when the dispute was submitted?
  • How was your proof of purchase (invoice) submitted?
    • Was it shared with HP Phone Support during your conversation?
    • Was it sent via email?
    • Or was it uploaded through an online warranty dispute form or portal?
  • Have you received any confirmation email acknowledging that your warranty dispute was received?

Once you share these details, we'll do our best to help point you in the right direction and ensure you're receiving the appropriate assistance. We look forward to your update.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.

Hello,

the ticket ID: Edited

I wrote 2 times a waraty dispute but no answer so far.

The laptop was purchased on Amazon, and I presented the pdf with the purchase.

Regarding the question about the information shared on the phone, I could not come in contact with any human on HP support, you are the first one.

Hi @Qxx,

Thank you for sharing the details, and I appreciate your patience throughout this process.

I checked the case number you provided, and it appears to be a system-generated case ID rather than an active support case that we can review. Unfortunately, there are no additional details associated with it from our end.

To help move this forward, could you please let me know if you still have the original purchase invoice from Amazon? If so, could you kindly share a copy with us via private message? This will allow us to review the purchase details and help with the warranty validation.

If possible, please ensure that the invoice clearly shows:

  • The purchase date
  • The seller's information
  • The HP laptop serial number (if listed on the invoice)

If the serial number is not shown on the invoice, please include the serial number of the laptop in your private message as well.

Once we have those details, we'll be happy to review them and do our best to help resolve the warranty dispute.
