Hello,

 

Today I experienced an unfortunate issue with my HP 360X when the left hinge popped out and two screws came out. I tried to close it slightly and find an angle to put the screws in but was unable to reach the affected are, and unfortunately my screen started to crack as well. In searching for a solution I came upon this thread, and am wondering if HP will help with the repair. It appears this is a design flaw issue so even though my laptop is out of warranty (purchased fall 2020), I am hopeful something can be done. Thank you.
