I have the exact some issue but I have an HP Envy All-In-One 32-a0055 computer.  The computer uses the NVIDIA GE Force RTX 2060 graphics card.  Product # is 3UQ84AA#ABA.

I have experienced the power down using the latest NVIDIA Game Ready drivers including 451.48, 451.67, and 452.06 (released 8/17/2020). In every case with the new driver installed, within 2-5 minutes my computer powers down. I do not see any error codes before shutdown. My only resolution in each case has been to roll back to the last driver that provided stability. That is driver version 446.14

When I first observed the issue with driver 451.48 back in June, I reported the issue to NVIDIA using their online form.  At this point I have heard nothing from them.  I waited for a couple of months hoping that the issue would be addressed by a newer driver. Yesterday I installed version 452.06 and had the exact same issue again. I also updated the BIOS, but to no avail.

There is also a thread on this issue on the NVIDIA support site.  https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/geforce-graphics-cards/5/385724/nvidia-studio-driver-451....  It has been suggested in that forum that the issue is related to a faulty power supply.  I find that difficult to believe since the issue is not observed in earlier driver releases.

At this point, it is not clear to me if this is a driver issue or a hardware issue, but HP should be aware of this and work with NVIDIA to resolve the issue.  Again at this date, I have not received any response from NVIDIA regarding my reported issue.

Hello, maybe i can help. As mentioned, i have a HP ENVY 32 with RTX2080. But since last week i am able to run it with the latest NVIDIA drivers (452.06). So it's NOT a power supply issue. And it's NOT a bios issue. I think that it was de Intel video driver ...So : BEFORE you update your nvidia driver to 452.06 you have to install the Intel update tool (intel website). When you do a search for new drivers you'll find a new driver for the Intel 630 card. Install THAT driver. in my case, it gave an error code as if it wasn't installed but if you check the driver number you will see it is installed (maybe you don't get the error code). After that i installed the Nvidia driver and now it all works fine !! So i hope this will work for you too...

I think the problem is that windows automaticly switches between the intel video and Nvidia and something goes wrong there with the old drivers. Succes!

Thank you for  your response.  I'll give it a try in a couple of days and let you know if it works.

I tried the process that you recommended.  Installed the Intel utility and ran it.  It said that there was a new driver dated 8/18/20 to install.  I installed it, but during the install process it said that the driver was already installed.  Maybe this was the error you mentioned.  When I checked the driver version, it was the same as what was previously on the computer.  At this point, I installed the new NVIDIA driver 452.06.  After I installed it and rebooted, I had the same problem with power shut down.

At this point, I went to the HP drivers site and installed the latest Intel 630 driver on their site.  After the install, I checked the driver version and it was again the same as what was already installed.  However, the good news is that the issue is fixed - no more crashing!

So, I think I may have had a corrupted Intel driver and going through the process you outlined may have reinstalled an uncorrupted version of the driver.

The bottom line is that it worked.  Thank you for your response as without it, I would still be searching for a solution.

Glad to help ! It's clear that one of the Nvidia version drivers 451.xx was faulty and probably did something with the Intel driver.  Reinstalling a working Intel video driver clearly solves the BIG problem.
