Thanks for responding — but this seems like a standard message, not a real solution.

My concern is not about accidental damage or isolated failure. This exact hinge issue has been reported by countless HP Envy and Pavilion users across your own support forums, Reddit, and YouTube. Many have been offered goodwill repairs, which makes it clear that this is a recurring issue, not just an isolated incident.

I am expecting a genuine resolution, not a redirection to basic diagnosis. Please escalate this to someone who can provide meaningful help — not just another referral to a service center.
