I had one USB-C port not charding, but used for external display

Another port worked fine for some time.

Then both ports stopped displaying,  and only one working for charging.

I tried various advices,  but the last one with UEFI test helped me.

Charging started working after muliple tests of power, usb ports and thundebolt ports

I had some tests failed, but then started passed.

By the way some tests remained failed despite on fact that USB-C port started chargingphoto_2019-02-15_21-37-50.jpg
