same situation but I bought my hp envy x360 just 8 months ago yesterday evng one side is popping up near the hinge hp customer care is trash tbh I contacted the customer care yesterday he said he will call back but no response so today I called them again new agent was assigned I said my case number she said my case was closed Yesterday that's the situation happening right now and they asked me for a video I sent a video and they may callback within 24 hrs if they care. I called the nearby service centres they said they needed a video I sent them they didn't even see my video I called them ,they are saying we will call back. Never buy a convertible from hp again
