Here is the Manual:

Service Manual

Specs say your laptop came with 1 x 4 gig modules of DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM and there is an open slot so you could add another 4 gig DDR4-2400 like this:

https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-Single-PC4-19200-SODIMM-260-Pin/dp/B019FRDKWI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=...

Max total memory is 2 x 16 = 32 gigs if you want to go that far.

Pages 30-35 of the Manual show how to access the memory slots.

Yes there is an M.2 slot and you can see where it is here:

M.2 slot red oval memory green arrowM.2 slot red oval memory green arrow

Takes EITHER a PCIe/NVME M.2 or a SATA type 2280 form factor mSSD disk.

https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-250GB-PCI-Express-Solid-V-NAND/dp/B07D79KSX5/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1...

Above link is for the fastest kind...PCIe/NVME.

Post back with any more questions but please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

I saw only one notch in the on-board m.2 slot , image below. But  the SATA SSD  I have ordered has two notch, will it be compatible?

Yeah. No problem. An M.2 slot such as you have will take "M" key (one notch) or B + M (two notch). The entire gold connector part is the same width and either will slide into the M.2 slot.

Thanks!
