The link to the form in the accepted solution is worthless since it does not allow to dispute the warranty it it is "expired"!

This is the correct link that should show up below this form.

https://support.hp.com/en-us/disputewarranty

This link only works after you checked the warranty, otherwise you are navigated to checkwarranty page!

Adapt the link appropriate for your language.

At least you can dispute the warranty and upload your invoice, but we will see if there is anybody who can help. I got an email that a case was opened, but no reaction at all within two weeks for this trivial task ☹️

Navigate to https://support.hp.com/en-us/disputewarranty after you got your expired warranty result. Copy the URL to your browser and change to your desired language (e.g. de-de for Germany).

You get a form where you can upload your invoice. unfortunately I did not get any reaction after opening of the case within two weeks.

I am curious as to why you did not start your own thread instead of piggybacking on the original author's thread. Doing that is not helpful.  You are not alone in have done that.

I have asked a Moderator tohelp connect you with a team who can assist in resolving your issue.

There should be a response to my request, although I am not willing to guess and say specifically when it will happen. I am not a Moderator. I am your peer member.

I am a volunteer forum member. If my suggestion helped you solve your issue, help others by marking that post as the accepted solution. Say thanks by clicking on the Yes button next to the "was this reply helpful?"
