Wifi Card Upgrade

hi i've a HP laptop DV6-7070EL, product - B3K87EA#ABZ, Serial number -

>Do not include the product serial number, any case numbers, or any private information like Email or Phone Number<.

, (i5-2450M). 

i want to replace the original wifi card with a wifi 6 card if it's possible but maybe there is an issue of the whitelist. so can you please help me find out if i can replace it with any card i want or  there's a list of approved components that i need to follow. thank you so much

While not every model Wi-Fi card will work in that model series, several forum members have successfully upgraded to this dual band A/C card:

thank you so much for your reply.  online i can find lot's of Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + BT 4.0    with  different SPS numbers, so ineed to know if i can use any of these or i've to match with the following number 710661-001.  thanks

I recommend that you find one with that part number/Intel SPS # on it.

There should be lots of them available.

Most of them ship from China.

I ordered one from China for my HP 350 G1 notebook.
