The Adapter you are looking for ( changes the M.2 Key from WIFI to SSD) is M.2 (NGFF) NVME SSD to M2 A/E Key WiFi Port with 20cm Cable

It looks like this......

 The small part fits into WIFI, and the Large part holds the SSD.

 Search Amazon or where ever you buy Electronics to find your best price.

 As for SSD, any off brand or name brand NVME SSD will do 128GB up to 2 TB will work, it all comes down to what you want to spend.
