This is the motherboard you want:
With UMA video system memory 447984-001
This is the rarest of the dv9xxx series motherboards. All the others whether Intel or AMD CPU-based, use nVidia graphics and are prone to failure. The Intels slightly less than the AMDs but the Intels still fail. This one has Intel graphics only and is not prone to failure.
You would also need this fan/heatsink:
With UMA video system memory 450934-001
And you would obviously need one of the Intel processors listed on page 22.
This board would be a dropin replacement for the one you have. There is a chance your chassis will have ports not needed with this board or might have plastic covering a port you need to use in which case you have to use a Dremel tool to open it up. But inside the chassis the mounting screw holes and all else will fit this Intel board.
The board is availble to worldwide purchasers from China:
The fan and heatsink I found on eBay Germany:
Post back with any more questions. I felt lucky to have found the Manual and these parts.

Dear Huffer,
Many thanks for your valuable help. You are really a "Provost".
May I have the driver software link of the mother board recommended by you.
Could I use Intel Core 2 Duo T7700 (2.4-GHz , 4-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB) 446894–001 processor.
Thank you once again.

drivers for which Windows version? I think HP only provided up to Vista for these machines. The support pages have been archived as the machine is no longer supported.
Yes the T7700 is on the list.

Dear Huffer,
Many Thanks for the processor suggestion.
Please suggest suitable OS because I have planned to use Virtual drive to install Win 10 or Win 7.
Is Virtual drive software performance good with Win XP or Ubuntu. If possible may I get drivers for both OS.
(I have collection of drivers for Win XP OS when the laptop was downgraded from Vista to XP before Mother board failure.)

Windows 7 is the best OS for these and they will run Linux (Ubuntu would be OK). Since you are capped at 4 gigs total system RAM VMs may be limited in their performance. I am not sure how you plan to use this but obviously you can run XP if you wish. It will consume less resources than 7.

Dear Huffer,
I thank you for your help.
Now I am using Win 7 in my desktop computer. It would be a great help if I am able to install Win 7-32 bit directly in my laptop without VM (Virtual drive).
I would like to run Win 7 may I get the driver link for the recommended board ( 447984-001).

Please follow along. There is no driver link. This is an archived legacy product. What you would have to do is install Windows 7 (it will run 64 bit) and then we can find any drivers you need based on the Device IDs. HP no longer provides a "one-stop" support board for this product. If you get a copy if Windows 7 with SP1 included you likely will have most drivers installed from the beginning.

Dear Huffer,
Many thanks for your kind help.
I will complete motherboard, heat sink and necessary changes in hardware. Because of circumstances I can carryout the project by next month.
When basic things are completed I will install Win 7 sp1 (64 bit) then I will come back to you for driver suggestions.
You have given me the blue print for making my laptop work. Beacuse of expert like you I am able to salvage my laptop which is dead.
Many thanks again.
