Product: HP Spectre 15-eb1 x360 Convertible Laptop PC IDS Base Model
I have an Intel Optane NVM hard drive from my old Envy which is no longer operating. I'd like to read the drive's files. I've tried external devices without success. I think someone told me that if the cache is not emptied before the drive is removed from a defective computer, then it is a problem. Anyone have any experience with this?

cannot read an external Intel optane disk in another computer, these are disks that need a device with driver and BIOS compatibility.
