Really bad fan issues.

HP Recommended
HP Notebook- 15-dw1014ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Everything is fine from software POV. But the fan has this really buggy and loud rattling noise which does not happen all the time. It is caused when the laptop is picked up or moved even slightly(even typing on the keyboard triggers this sometimes). After the noise starts it does not stop until the laptop is shut down. I dont know what is wrong. Thanks for helping out.

P.S will provide additional information if required. Its still under warranty, but they were not able to fix the problem after replacing the motherboard.
