Pavilion dv 7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Pavilion dv 7 laptop that came with Windows 7.  I upgraded it to Windows10 and it is fully up-to-date.  It has an internal Realtek SD card reader.  When I insert a SD card, nothing happens.  I have to go to file explorer to see if it was recognized, and it always is.  I then have to click on the 'F' drive to access the content.  However, I want it to open automatically when inserted, either asking me how to open it or going directly to a previously chosen program as it does on all other computers I have had.  I have downloaded a driver from Realtek, I have uninstalled and re-installed the reader, I have tried changing the letter of the drive, and I have made the appropriate choices within AutoPlay to no avail.  I do not know if it worked properly when the operating system was Windows7.  Using the SD card in an external reader via USB works perfectly.  Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you for responding.  However, I have already downloaded that driver from Realtek, and it did not solve the problem.  Again, the SD card is recognized and is accessible in file explorer.  It will just not autoplay.  I have since found many, many people with this problem, but it appears no one has provided an answer.
