HP Recommended
My Realtek PCIE card reader is not working, I have tried to update it and it still does not work. The last time it worked was I believe before I had installed SAS software called Virtual Box, which is a machine learning and Virtual Machine host for University students professors to use.

Can we have the full model number of the laptop? The card reader may be a separate part that can easily be replaced or it may be soldered to the motherboard. Makes a big difference. Its doubtful installing Virtualbox could cause a hardware failure.
