The Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11acPCIeAdapter adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware related problem

It would help to include a bit more information, such as your laptop model, what is telling you that there is a PCIE adapter problem, etc.

However, there is a simple start to trying to isolate whether there is a missing/corrupt driver or an actual damaged wifi adapter:  If you have not already done so, install HP Support Assistant and run it.  Run both the "Run Hardware Diagnostics" and "Check Your Operating System" tests - identifying exactly what the problem is should be your first step.  Re-installing a driver is easy, but even if it is the Realtek PCIE adapter on the fritz, replacement is not very difficult to do, You should be able to access your laptop's maintenance manual on the HP Support page, which should walk you through replacing the Realtek adapter if need be.
