I've tried some fixes posted here at the community, but I still have the issue, even I've chatting with support team through WhatsApp doing some actions requested and packages installation but the issue is the same, randomly the wifi disconnects from the network. Any other ideas or fixes that can really solve the issue?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the latest driver currently available that has not yet been released to HP.

8852BE: 6001.15.157.0 WHQL [04/02/2025]

You probably already have this version installed, correct?

Version 6001.15.156.0

sp157102.exe

That is the latest one HP currently has.

Thanks for the answer Paul, I have version 6001.15.155.1

I'll try with the one latest driver that you sent. In another thread I saw you suggested also to replace the card, right? My laptop is still in warranty.

You're very welcome.

If you ask HP to replace the card, they are just going to replace it with the same model.

When I suggest that someone replace the Wi-Fi card, I usually mean with a different model and since your notebook has an AMD processor, there is only one Intel card that may have any chance of working in your notebook, and that is this one:

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # L35282-005.

So, hopefully updating the driver will fix the problem for you.
