I have noticed that many HP users who have the same WiFi adapter as me are experiencing connection issues with it. Similarly, when I connect to a Bluetooth device, the WiFi connection drops significantly to the point where it becomes unusable. I have tried updating the driver and other software solutions, but none of them have worked. Therefore, my last resort is to replace the WiFi adapter. I have come across several alternative replacements here in this forum, such as the Intel AX200 cards, but I'm not sure it is an exact match for my HP laptop (Pavilion 14 ec0013). I wanted to ask if any of the mentioned adapters will definitely work in my device, whether on Windows 10 or Ubuntu 22.04. Thank you.

Hi:
I recommend this card:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part #/SPS # L35282-005.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
The card is not listed as a supported card in the service manual, but that is the same model card HP installed in my 15-ee0047nr notebook which has an AMD Ryzen 5 4500U processor.

You're very welcome.
As far as I know, you need that part number/SPS number.
If there is no way you can find it (it should be readily available almost anywhere), then you have to at least get the non-vPro version of the card, or it will not work.
